Modifications or cancellations can be made before payment. Your order will become official and begin processing for the requested date once payment has been completed. No changes or cancellations will be accepted beyond this point. You may request for add-ons only a week before booked date for an additional fee.
/ ALLERGY & DIETARY RESTRICTIONS
Purely Baked Creations, focuses on creating delicious desserts with high-quality ingredients. However, we do not offer customization for specific dietary restrictions or allergies at this time. If you have any dietary concerns or allergies, we recommend consulting with a medical professional before placing an order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that we cannot accommodate such requests.
/ RUSH ORDERS
Orders placed with less than two weeks' notice will incur a $25 rush fee, as your order will need to be prioritized and completed within a shorter timeframe.
/ ORDER PREPARATION
To ensure the quality and freshness of your desserts, we kindly ask that you book at least 7 to 14 days in advanced. This allows us sufficient time to prepare and bake your items to perfection. Orders are typically prepared and baked 1-3 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to guarantee maximum freshness and quality.
/ LATE PICKUPS
Please be on time for pickup, if you are running late, please let us know in advanced. Be respectful of our time. Late pickups are subject to a $10 late fee for every 20 mins past your scheduled pick-up time.
/ REFUNDS
All orders are non-refundable. Once an order is placed and confirmed, no refunds or cancellations will be issued. Please make sure to make changes before payment.
